hi i was wondering if a power pack can be taking to a shop and get tested . i been looking for a problem with having no spark on a 1990 Evinrude 175 STLESE... i checked it by unplugging the red plug and jumping starter no spark cant seem to find kill switch wire so need to have power pack checked if possible and then stator i guess not sure on nothing this is my first boat so thanks
