" I was wondering if someone could help me out. Motor starts up fine, idles fine, and runs great with no misses or anything like that but when I get the throttle to about 75% it has reached a top speed of 40 mph and it should be running about 48-50. When I push the throttle past 75% it doesn't get any faster and feels as if it may bog down just for a very quick second. It is only running at around 4500rpm and I think it should be running at about 5200. Can anyone help me out as to what may be wrong or what to check? Thanks a lot for your help. I don't know much about engines at all so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again! "
