Seriously - Damn Fine Job!!!!!

One recommendation - hate to be the one to do this but - Remove the raw water pump belt and relocate the "garden hose adapter" so it flows ito the cooler. In essence, this will bypass your raw water pump which is necessary.

What are those exhaust pipes made of?

You see, the first thing you'll want to do is raise the RPMs (Cam break-in, right?!). This will make that freshened up water pump suck its feeder hose flat. As they say, from this point on the rest could be history......."

The pipe is just some thin wall 4" pipe we had at work.

"Slick setup, but remember not to rev it too high since your garden hose flow can't keep up with the raw water pump.

When I pre-tested mine, I removed the belt from the raw water pump and shot the water directly into the motor. Safer that way and, in winter time, there's no way you will overheat it.

oil pumps, valves, springs, guides, seats.
Both Transmissions where OH as well.
I rebuilt the RW pumps, starters, alternators, carbs.
Installed new coolers, drive couplers and complete exhaust manifolds. (Changed over to Center style)."
