I have a 24' pontoon that I have mounted an '83 70hp Evinrude motor on. I can't tell if I have pick-up timing issue or if the prop is too big. Motor starts and runs great but I can't get any power out of it. As soon as I throttle up it seems to load up and die. Can anybody out there with a similar setup tell me what size prop they are running?
