I know this is not a motor question. I have bought a pontoon boat and it has a lot of dried debris on the toons. I tried to power wash it but it is not working too well. Any suggestions? I have heard of a product called toon brite.

"I have used a product similar to toon brite called Aluminex. It is an acid based cleaner that should get you toons clean. Be sure to follow directions. The acid will etch the aluminum, so they will quickly turn grey. If you don't like that look you can polish the aluminum to make it shinny.
