"I`m helping a friend with a tune-up( points, condensers, coils and wires) on a 5.5hp evinrude. Everything is install and we checked the spark, one cyl has a bright blue and wide spark. The other has a bright blue and narrow spark. We switched plugs same results, So we took it out and it runs good at mid to top speed but it seems to have very slight flutter at idle and trolling speed and one plug seemed just a 1/2 shade darker. Took the flywheel off and checked gap-its good(.20). but we noticed that the contact area on one of the points is`nt perfectly aligned when there together. Could this be the cause of the flutter and is the any way to align them to touch perfectly, Thanks"
