Plugs gbox oil and premix

"Good day Ladies and Gents, Tony from Kampala Uganda calling, i have a 1990 60hp Evinrude BE60TLESM serial number B2453895, runs very well at top RPM very rough at low RPM as we trawl with lures here on Lake Victoria, i need to know what replacement oil it needs for the g-box, what spark plugs and also what the fuel/oil mix ratio is?

Assistance would be appreciated.

Fuel mix is 50:1. Using a 2 st

Fuel mix is 50:1. Using a 2 stroke outboard oil to TCW-3 spec.
Plugs are L77JC4 or QL77JC4 gapped at 0.030" (The Q denotes an inductive suppressor)

Gear lube is outboard gear oil SAE 80W 90 or perhaps just SAE 90 ( you won't be interested on the winter features of a multigrade I guess).

Convenient to have the oil in a squeezable type of bottle or tube as you fill via the drain hole until it runs from the level hole.

New washers on the level and drain plugs are advisable as it is said they are the most common source of water ingress.
