How do i change the plug wires on a 1989 150hp Force? seems they are bonded to the coils

You don't change them.
What I have done is remove the end boot and cover with heat shrink tube and replace the end and then paint with Liquid Electric Tape.
You might need to cover again with the shrink tape and Liquid Tape.
Or?? buy new ones.
The coils will swap from the 50 to the 150
The ones for the 50 have the longest leads.
The black coils will work.
