Please Identify the Drive Saver

Hello:

There is a brown rubber driver saver installed between my 454's shaft and transmission couplers.

It is mounted 90 degrees off of the bolts on either side. There are nuts on the shaft side and bolt heads on the transmission side.

The bolt heads are turning on the transmission side and the nuts are frozen on the shaft side.

Any suggestion on removing it?

Anyone know the make?
