"Im still kinda new to boating
"Im still kinda new to boating so bare with me.. ive had my boats now for bout 1 1/2 years. my motors a 1979 merc 150 v6. can anyone comfirm that year with the ser# 5129898. anyway. this summer it started acting like it was flooding out alot. always bogging down when i stomped the gas for take off. if reved up in neutral for a sec then out in gear, would go fine. bout to rebuild the carbs. but while at i checked the compression on each cylinder, all at about 110 but one on bottom was 0. if turned over with plug hole empty, i can see the piston going back and forth and can feel a little pressure coming out but not enough to register on gauge. any info on what prob could be or what to do next will greatly help. thanks in advance."
