Please Help

I am having a TERRIBLE time trying to find the gaskets/fiber washers for my lower unit drain fill screws.
Nissan 9.8 4 Stroke Model#NSF9.8A3 Short Shaft.

I called the 800 number at MarineEngine.com.
"HE" told me I would need to find a dealer.
There isn't a Nissan Dealer within 60 miles of here (Sevierville, TN).

A question in my head ???
Will anything else work properly ???

I put rubber washers on the screws.
NO GOOD !!!

I went 8 different places looking for (8mm/5/16") fiber washers.
NO luck.

Any help will be appreciated.

The fiber seal washers are available at any dealer, including me.
