Please help with Solonoid linkage

Hello, I just bought a pintoon boat with this 1998 50 hp Mercury 4 stroke. (50ELPT 4S)
Looking it over, I see this Solonoid linkage disconnected. I don't see an obvious place that it is supposed to be clipped onto. Any guidance with this will be greatly appreciated!
