Please help 2005 F115 TXRD Control valve

Hi, just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas on what might be causing my problem? I just replaced my control valve (68V-1312A-00) at $329 and put it in due to my engine idling at 1600 rpm's. At first start the engine idled at 1100 rpm's. Then I started it again and I was back at 1600 rpm's. I took the control valve out and it is stuck in the open position like my last one. Does anyone know why this is happening? Please any help.

Just bolting parts on to that engine to try and correct your problem will be very costly. You need to have someone with a scan tool look at you engine and pin point the problem.

I did have them hook up the labtop and check for any codes. They told me there was no codes and that my control valve was stuck open or I was getting air in from somewhere. I have taken apart the exhaust manifold and replaced all the gaskets and o-rings. Everything is put back together solid. I'm just wondering if my computer is going bad or if there is a signal telling the control valve to stay open and not close.

You need some one to hook up the scan tool and run the engine to see what is out of spec not just look for codes.
