I was cleaning some oil out of my engine cowl with a rag on the end of a paint stirrer. I stuck it down in front of the oil tank and when I pulled it up there was a plastic cap sitting in the bottom of the engine cowl under the oil tank. I am not sure if it was there before or if I knocked it loose. I can't see anywhere that looks like this cap should go and can't find anything on it in the diagram. I am guessing that it fit somewhere that I can't see without a mirror. Can anybody tell me where this cap goes and if it will be harmful to use my engine without this cap?
