Does anyone understand the way the trim and tilt system truly works? I replaced the motor with an inboard unit after mine was stolen. The pipes were cut off and now I need to connect the pipes from the replacement unit and don't know which goes where. I have a Suzuki DT115 and have 4 pipes, one on the top of the tilt cylinder, one on the bottom and then one going into the top of both trim cylinders and one coming out the bottom of those. I have connected the pipes the way that made sense but the motor is free to be lifted by hand and does not move when I hit the up or down buttons so I think I mixed these up. Where can I get help? How do I test the motor to figure out which pipe goes where?
