I have a 1995 25 HP Evenrude that runs good except when I full throttle it starts cutting out and dies. What causes this? I have tried premium gasoline, does not help also it has a new fuel filter, a new power pack. But still does it. Help!

Try operating the manual fuel pump when you go full throttle and see what happens.---------Also put a timing light on both cylinders and observe the flashing light to see if you have ignition or fuel problems.---------------Waterpump has been looked at ???

Ever clean and kit that carb?? Could be the hispeed jet.

could also be high tension leads or sparkplugs,or both.check tank venting
