PCM FWC thermostat question

Where can you find a thermostat for a FWC sea maxx 5.8 ford? Does it use the same as a car? And what temp?

if its fresh water cooled (closed system) it doesn't matter a whole lot. Most use a 160 deg stat which will be hard to find at the autoparts stores. Ditto for finding the correct gaskets.
