PCM engine not run for 3 years - issues?

Hello,

I am about to buy a 2002 Ski/Wakeboard boat that was stored in dry storage for 3 years. The PCM engine was not even run once in those 3 years.

Should I be concerned about this? Can some of the sealers dry out and crack, or any other smillar issues?
