Parting Out 1982 DT 85 hp

I'm parting out a 1982 DT85 as of today, 5/21/10, it is still complete. There is something wrong at the crank in the #1 cylinder and won't rotate. All else is in great shape. Thanks

Mods, I've read the rules and can't find where this is a no-no. Thanks
