I have a honda 90 hp BF 90A BBBU 1002455 , The number on the carburetor is 35AA J102. I have ordered a jet set part number 11-16150-ZW1-000 , These jets are about 5 mm too long, compared to the old ones. does anyone know the correct part number for these jets. Cheers Gary

Yours is an interesting problem..

The serial number indicates that the model 90 HP you have is a BF90AT. Following that info, the part number that you ordered is correct.

However.....the number on the carburator (35) indicates that it is a 75HP carburator. The number 40 would indicate that it is a 90 HP. The part number for the 75HP carbs would then be a 16150-ZW0-000. This is if the vintage is the same as your engine. This part was only used on 75HP for 4 years.

I have do not know if the lengths are different.

Is it possible that someone put 75HP carbs on your motor?

Quite a mystery.

Mike
