Im having trouble finding this little plastic grommet looking thing on the shift linkage. Its like a beveled plastic piece that the linkage goes through and down into lower unit. It popped out of where it was seated and moves up and down with linkage. It seems to he too worn as when I push it back into place it pops back out when shifting. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
