Parsun F20A FWL engine I am looking for an instruction manual and a service manual if anyone has any info where I can find something like that.
This engine has a problem with starting with the key, with the cable there is no problem.
When you turn the key you can hear it as if it is catching the electromagnet and it behaves like bendixes used to in small cars, you can hear a slight grinding and the sound from the speaker fades.
I am not an expert but I remember that in this engine there is some kind of electromagnet and starter. Is there any way to identify whether the electromagnet or starter is damaged. The battery is good, the voltage at start is about 12V.
