1995 Ski Sanger 20DLX with 95 Mercruiser 5.7L Tournament Magnum Ski V8: Anybody know/remember how to open this cover? It's deck-mounted behind the engine cover in this direct-drive boat. I opened it six years ago to tighten the packing gland, but can't remember how it works. Tired prying it with a screwdriver and it won't budge. Is it a twist-lock? Can't get it to rotate.
