OX66 V250 No Spark

"My new neighbors boat. Had no fuel to the rail (but had spark) Cleaned the High pressure pump and housing, screen. Now, I have fuel to the bleeder valve on the return...but no spark. I have checked the fuses. Battery is fully charged good crank. What is the ECM dependent on to send a spark signal? Can I flash the ECM and remove any error codes? Any way to set it to a default mode and run? Without the mannual and some wiring diagrams I am looking for some checks I can make to eliminate suspects. I did make sure the lanyard was connected to the kill switch by the way. Any help would be great. Thanks very much.
