Ox66 250HP tilt trim problem

motor will not trim or tilt. I

motor will not trim or tilt. I have checked the solenoid by jumping ground to bottom pin and +12 to top pins and motor will go up and down. checked that this was happening on other side of connector and got good voltage when pressed up or down on trailer or helm s/w. fuse is good. This leads me to believe that the ground connection is bad or where the +12vdc splits in the harnes to go to the 10 pin and the trailer switch. Has any one else seen this issue?
When this happened I replaces the solenoid thinking that was it so I know that it is not the problem.
 
I am jumping it on the triangl

I am jumping it on the triangle pin connector that controls the solenoid. Not the cables that go to the pump motor.

"I have figured out a by pass, Don't know really what the exact problem was is but it is in the Tilt trim motor. The ground wire is connected through it for some reason, a cut out for high pressure or limit switch of some sort? Just grounding it directly for now."
