i'm thinking about buying

i'm thinking about buying a 85 renken bowrider 120hp with rebuilt omc drive the guy says it is overheating and all i need toreplace is the riser for about a 100 bucks is this true or is there something else that could be wrong please help thanks eric

Tell him to replace the riser

Tell him to replace the riser himself. If that works then pay him an extra $150.00 for the boat.
