"this is my second post regarding my 2003 5.7 Captains Choice overheating at low RPM's. Since that post, I replaced all the impellers in all the pumps and then all the pumps, including a larger raw water pump. New thermostat, flushed out the heat exchanger with water. Checked the riser and manifold for temps. At cruise the temp is 175 degrees but goes to over 200 after bringing the rpm's to 1000. the engine has 425 hours on it and it has been well maintained. The only thing that hasn't been addressed is the oil cooler. Any thoughts?
