"I have a 2 yeah old Volvo 5.0 dual prop with an interesting problem. I was out floating yesterday with the outboard lowered into the water; when I was ready to go, I noticed the outdrived had been raised all the way out of the water. Trying to lower it using the switch had no response. I plan on trouble shooting it tonight but was wondering if anyone has seen any sort of problem like this before?"
