Outdrive for sale

I have a 1986 cobra outdrive that I will be putting up for sale.
This was a complete rebuild and never used and has been sitting
for 10 years unused in a storage shed and basement.
What would the value of this be ?

Ayuh,.... It depends on how badly somebody wants it,.....
Bein' an '86, it's the less desirable Cobra,....

I spent about 1,100 to have it rebuilt top to bottom so I think somewhere around 1,200 or so would be a fair asking price for it.

If you post up the gear ratio that will help also what engine it was for. The earlier Cobras came with a smaller lower unit for the 2 four cyl engine options. If that’s what is was that doesn’t work for a V6 or V8
