Outdrive Compatibility

Hello everyone, New here so I apologize if this has been touched on before. I have a 1994 crown line with a DP-c1 outdrive and would like to replace the trashed engine with a 5.0 OSi-ff (2007). Will this work ? Thx in advance for any help!
