1970 60 hp Johnson
-120-130 psi compression on all 3 cylinders
-starts easy, no choke at all
-will go into gear at high idle (start position lever)
-recently adjusted points with feeler gauge to .01, but could still be off unsure of flywheel markings
-replaced rectifier
-low battery (11.85 volts)
-new plugs at .035, coil, and plug wires
-slow speed mixture jet at 3/4 of a turn out, but adjusting seems to have no effect
Surging is random, sometimes it will idle smoothly for a long while. Other times it will buck up and down. Have added a can of seafoam.
