orifice size 1984 evinrude 140?

Does any one know what size jets i need for running at 5000 feet in elevation? I want to avoid a too lean condition> Right now im running too rich ( the boat came from sea level) boggs down till i get rpms up. I currently have High speed orifices 67C, Intermediate 25, and idle air bleed 36. ?? 84 ranger 140 evinrude with a 13.25x17 prop
