I would like to know the proper Operating Procedures (Starting Instructions) for E8RCNR motor?}

i adjust mine 2 times a year when it changes from hot to cold and vise versa.........usually when i adjust mine it is after the eng is warmed up...and yes it only makes a difference at idle.

u have ur right/left lean rich

u have ur right/left lean rich...wrong....turning to right--lean...to left--enrichens it.
