On a 25 hp 4 stroke engine is 100 psi in each cylinder ok

Serial # of your motor?---History on the motor ?----Might have a decompression system for easier starts.----Does it run ok at idle ?----Does it run OK at full throttle ?
 
Mid range is dead 2003 25hp4 stroke mercury changed everthing runs at 3000 rpm all day dead after runs at full speed back off dead cleaned carburetor new fuel pump new ignition coil and wires new fuel pump new timing belt on ear muffs revs right up on lake nothing in the middle ready for another motor no one can figure it out parts are starting to be obsolete so dealers aren’t interested in even looking at it it was a nice motor starts right up
 
I have a 2003 25hp big foot, tiller, electric start, good gearcase parts motor or get running, no ECM. Free, down in north Florida.
 
shipping got to be over $500 to 17967 me pa have $600 in chasing problems just got a ecm on eBay didn’t help what do you think it will cost to ship can’t believe I can’t find the problem
 
You can get a quote through Fastenal from 32174 to 17967. The engine is about 175# plus the skid say 250# total. It is a 4 stroke, long shaft, big foot, tiller steer. It is buried on a rack with other engines. It will be early next week before I can get to it and do a compression test and send you some pictures of the engine for you.

Cant win fastenal said they discontinued service from that zip code Orlando is the closest
 
Checked belt timing ?---Run with a timing light and observe flashing light at over 3000 RPM.-----Should not be that hard to trouble shoot this motor in my opinion.----Replacing parts by guessing is expensive.

Yes was 17 degrees 700 rpm 24 at 2500 brand new belt it was sloppy thought that was the problem did a video of engine running but can’t send it to large compressed it have to pay to send it
 
Says video is to long to upload is 2.2 minutes anyway did compression test the right way wide open throttle 130 psi each cylinder now I have a non working enrichment valve choke could that be a problem
