"Your problem is in the outside (port) tilt clutch housing. It may be everything from worn out clutches, broken shaft or broken lock ring. Only way to check is to take it apart."

Also I have new motor(4-cy

Also I have new motor(4-cylinder chevy) with only a few hours on it but it runs hot after I reach higher RPMS.
