OMC Cobra 5.0 Replacement

I am looking to find an OMC Cobra 5.0 lower unit replacement on a 1995 Four Winns. The product number found on the motor isn't found on any site searched. Tried calling numerous local places, but everyone says they can't find the product number.

How can I find a replacement?
 
What does the model number say on the serial plate on the side of the outdrive. Pictures of the outdrive as well as the serial plate would be helpful.

You probably have a standard rotation cobra outdrive, but not the king cobra.

Why a full replacement? Rebuilding what you have not an option?
