OMC 1995 Evinrude 40 hp Ignition does not work and tilttrim does not move

Ignition just clicks when the

Ignition just clicks when the key is turned. Does not even try to start.

Also tilt/trim does not even move.
tried the switch on the motor and the one on the throttle.
(just replaced throttle swich about a month ago)
alredy checked batteries at autozone and they are both in good shape.

any advice???? please

have you checked the inline fu

have you checked the inline fuse?

mines a lot older but it has an inline fuse down by the tilt/trim solenoid.

the fuse was blown an the problem with the ignition was that there was a wire disconected at the throttle arm that checks if its in neutral.
