Older DP light grey drive seems tight maybe.

I had to change upper shaft and it was purchased broke. I put it together and it seems a little tight to me. I have never owned or messed with this style. It maybe normal. It has a tight spot to begin then it moves slightly tight. Turns smooth. What's normal? I thought about putting a fish weight gauge on the bigger prop and record the start weight and pull weight to describe it.
