I have a 1984 boat with a 90hp mercury on it with power trim. I’ve had to replace a cracked actuator, and hoses works fine up and down until you go full up for like when you’re transporting the boat. When motor is raised to the full upright position, it will get locked up and will not go back down, I can hear the trim motor running, but it just will not move.
The two times it’s locked up I’ve had to cracked the lines open to bleed the pressure off to get it back down
