I bought the sierra 18-2622 bu

I bought the sierra 18-2622 bushing kit for my 898. Is this both the lower and upper bushings and which one is which. I have the old style bushings and they are nothing like these.
 
ok i took a break and had some

ok i took a break and had some coffee went back out and the brain engaged. Got the new bushings in. Thanks anyhow
