Oiler Wick included with Tune up Kit?

Folks, I'm installing all new ignition parts in my 1966 3hp Lightwin magneto. Is that the cam Oiler wick that comes with the set of points? Or, is it only for lubricating the points posts before assembly? I've found where wicks can be purchased separately. Thanks for any help! Toddjo.

You install it in a little bracket under the coil so it rubs on the cam.
