Oil transfer problem

I have a 2004 VZ300TLRC that isn't transferring oil from the remote tank to the tank on the motor. I have replaced the remote tank pump and the oil level gauge on the motor tank i have 12 volts from the motor to the remote tank but not to the remote pump. I am thinking the remote tank gauge is bad. The switch on the motor works and will pump oil the motor tank.
 
Its wasn't bad. I changed it but still have the same problem. I have checked everything i know to check. Going to check connector at ECU next to see if the wires are corroded.
