Oil question

"well thats a good question because the oil i used to buy said 3oz per gallon and the one i use noe says 2.75oz per gallon, its seems like i even had one that said 2.6? per gallon.

i bought a measuring container ,got lucky and got hte same one on most of these sites cost $3-4 found one at wal-mart on clearance last winter for $.50.

i would go by the measuring container or by the back of your oil container.

not enough is bad and too much is bad

anyone else have an opinion?"

would the fact that the oil that im using now is syn cause it to need a little more hince the 2.75 on bottle?

i like the syn ,supposedly it burns cleaner and causes less carbon build up(i think its a marketing scam but i like the lucas oil additive for my cars so i opt for the syn lucas for my boat)"

syn is just a option..... i think until you get to the newer models.
