Oil pressure switch

C = common
NO = Normally open.

NO would go to pump
C would be power +12Volts

When pressure is at or above 5 PSI the switch will close supplying power to fuel pump.

Okay much thanks for the info. Is it possible that if you connect it wrong. It will give pressur to the fuel pump? And it will flood the carburator and engine whit fuel??

Hmm okay strange i find since whe pluggen a New oil sensor and sensor switch it.just floods the carburator and engine fuel whit fuel, and all the bougies are wet of fuel

If you have a multimeter, check that there is no continuity between the C and NO contacts when the engine is off qnd wires to switch disconnected.

The fuel pump running has nothing to do with flooding. Thats a needle and seat issue or the pump is producing to much pressure overcoming the needle/seat/float.

The pump should have NO power when key is off or with engine nit running and the key in the run position.

When cranking engine power is supplied to pump to start engine. Once oil pressure is above 5psi, and engine is running and key is in the run position, power comes from that source (purple = ingition key in run position).
If pressure switch is stuck closed the power may go to pump with engine off and key in the run position.

You need to do more troubleshooting!!

Yess whe did put a New needle in the carb. Just checked the New and old one. There is some diffirence on the needles.and whe did put a New fuel pump on it whit the same specs what this engine needs etc. Low pressure pump

What are the differences in the carb parts?
Did you confirm the float closed the needle port and did you confirm float was set to specifications?
.
Carbs can only handle 6-8 psi max.

Not sure what you mean by new oil sensor and sensor switch?

the oil pressure switch prevents the fuel pump from being supplied power in the event that the ignition key is left on or the engine stalls out. Under normal conditions with fuel pump running needle and seat in carb will shut off fuel flow to bowl when full.

If it doesn't either fuel pressure is too high or combo of needle , seat , and float is not working correctly. Since you said parts were different suspect you have the wrong parts or a cheap kit. Mikes carb parts is a good supplier of parts and rebuild kits in US. You can test the fuel pump pressure easily with an inexpensive pressure /vacuum gauge from auto parts store.
