Oil pressure switch part number

Ok folks. I'm trying to make sure I'm not getting ready to screw up.

So I have a small oil leak that appears to be coming from the oil pressure switch. I cant seem to find the correct part number for the old switch. It looks like this:
16%2B-%2B9

The boat is a 2000 Crownline 182. 5.0 Mercruiser 2 bbl carb. The Engine S/N is OL61408? (the last number is unreadable) the transom S/N is OL807961

16%2B-%2B1

Here is the diagram: It seems that there are two and my old one looks like the bottom one (#11 in diagram) but I have now what looks like the top one.

The part number they gave me at the dealer is 87-864252A01 as shown below.

16%2B-%2B3

It looks different for sure and they said that is the correct part according to their documents.
16%2B-%2B2

So after all that here are the questions...

Is this the correct part ?

If it is which wires go where?

New switch wires are
1: Purple 2: Purple with yellow stripe.
Old switch is
1: Pink 2: Purple with yellow stripe.

So is it pink to purple and the two purple/yellow strip wires together?

Lastly is there anywhere else I can find the engine S/N. They guessed it as a "2" at the parts place.

Thanks for any input.

That is the updated switch. I would use water proof butt connectors and splice them in. It doesn't matter what wire goes to what terminal.
