oil mixing question?

I purchased a Pontoon boat with a 2000 50 hp Johnson outboard motor that has oil injection, first boat , does the oil tank only use 2 cycle oil or do I mix gas with it? and do I just use gas in the Gas Tank or do I mix oil with the gas. If I mix either can you tell me the ratio for it.

Any brand of marine TCW3 oil in the tank and non-alcohol based gasoline in the tank. Don't use universal 2 cycle oil.

Thank you for the information, I purchased the johnson outboard 2 cycle oil, and was going to use 87 gas, the owner I purchased it from was mixing oil in the gas tank (80 to 1)and gas in the oil tank, this just did not seem right thank you.

Step #1 to take is very important !---------You need to establish that the oil injection is indeed in service and working.------I would mix the first tank of fuel with 50:1 mix and moniter the oil level in the oil tank.
