Oil leaking

I have a 2001 Yamaha 100 four stroke that is leaking oil out a little hole in the lower unit. What could this be from?
Lower unit is full and the oil is full. Motor oil is full.
any suggestions?

Have you checked the oil filter? perhaps the rubber seal is not sitting properly on the oil filter..
