Oil leak

I have a mercury 20hp outboard. Changed the oil and filter and noticed over a few days it seems to be leaking from the lower end. Anybody know where it can be coming from? It wasnt leaking before the oil change. Everything is tight, its not leaking from oil plug or filter.

Now, all oil is drained without even running it. not leakin in the cowl housing its bone dry. Cant i get a response, please? Called a boat mechanic hes stumped. Cannot find anything in the search bar.
