Oil for Engine

Hi—
I have a 1994 Volvo Penta 4cyl 3.0..It is a 230B on a Glastron SSV. I am doing a lot of work myself and want to change the oil. I am receiving conflicting information and want to know what oil to put in the engine and also the outdrive if different.

For the engine oil it is flat tappet so would recommend Rotella T4 conventional oil. It has the zinc/ZDDP needed for flat tappet cams missing in most modern oils.
