oil filter adapter gaskets??

Hey guys running the fresh 318 now. I have an oil leak on the bolt that holts the adapter to the block. no on the large round surface. Where to I get this thing from?

Also would a tranny make intermittent noise in neutral if the fluid is low? it almost sound like a vacuum leak.

If number 1 was leaking clean and dirty oil would mix.

looks like a kit is the best idea. I wasnt sure of #1 would cause an external leak or not..
